Refund policy

Orders can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If agreed upon that Capenci will arrange a return pickup, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Any made-to-order products, as mentioned in their descriptions, are non-eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective. Any swimwear and undergarments are not eligible for return. Any items bought at a discounted price are final sale. 

Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, unscented, and in the exact condition they were received. Items with any signs of wear, including makeup stains, deodorant stains, or items with body odor, will not be accepted.

If the returned item does not meet the above criteria, a refund will not be issued, and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. We take photographs of each orders products prior to shipping them out, to ensure quality control and customer integrity.

The item(s) must be returned to a CAPENCI Trading LLC location first before your refund can be issued.
